We've started plowing! Check out this video footage of our trusty 1948 Ford 8n pulling a two-bottom plow. Tim made the first few passes then trained our new production manager Heather Diaz to do the rest. We're preparing the fields to plant potatoes, peas, carrots, beets and greens this week.
