Our farm is run by Max, Lilly, and a tight-knit crew of around 20 passionate young farmers. 

Kitchen Garden Farm is hiring for the 2026 season.

 
 

We grow high-quality organic specialty vegetables for wholesale to stores, restaurants, and farms throughout the northeast region. We also produce award-winning sriracha, salsa, and sauces from ingredients grown on the farm. We emphasize a positive and supportive community among our employees and we take time during every work day to share a meal together and enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Harvest Crew

We are hiring 1-2 harvest crew members to start July 1st 2026 and work full time (4-5 days per week) through Thanksgiving. We are looking for highly energetic, motivated and passionate individuals who enjoy working outside and want to do the work necessary to provide our community with high quality organic vegetables. Responsibilities include harvesting, washing/packing produce, weeding and other field tasks, plus some work in our commercial kitchen as needed.

Previous farm experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, safe handling of equipment, ability to work independently and on a team, and eagerness to learn are all essential. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work with speed, endurance, and good cheer.

Hours are generally 7am-5pm M-F and 7am-12pm one Saturday a month, an average of 40-50 hours per week during peak season. Part time schedules (4 days/week plus 1 Sat per month) will also be considered.

Starting wage is $17/hour plus overtime > 40 hours, plus farm lunch provided M-F and unlimited vegetables.

Kitchen Crew

We are hiring kitchen crew members for the 2026 season. Full-time positions start July 15th-August 15th and run through December 23rd. Full or Part time schedules (minimum 3 days/week) possible. We work 7am-5pm Mon-Fri (plus 7am-noon one Saturday a month May-Oct).

Previous farm or kitchen experience with ServeSafe preferred but not required. Responsibilities include working to harvest and preserve vegetables grown on the farm,  food processing, working on the bottling line, and packing specialty food products.

Strong attention to detail and food safety, safe handling of equipment, ability to lift 50 lbs., work independently and on a team, and eagerness to learn are all essential. We are looking for highly energetic, motivated and passionate individuals who want to do the work necessary to provide our community with the highest quality food possible.

Starting wage is $17/hour plus overtime > 40 hours/week, farm lunch, and unlimited organic vegetables.
